I’m Chef Niecy, founder and owner of Hibachi With A Twist, a premium mobile hibachi catering and event company proudly serving Greater Houston and the surrounding communities.
With extensive experience in food service, event planning, business management, customer service, and team leadership, I understand what it takes to create a well-organized, enjoyable, and unforgettable event.I am a ServSafe-Certified Food Protection Manager, and Hibachi With A Twist is proudly certified as a Minority-Owned and Woman-Owned Business through the City of Houston, METRO, and Port Houston.
Behind every successful event is my phenomenal team of talented chefs and dedicated service professionals. Together, we bring the hibachi show to life with exciting fire tricks, playful rice tossing, bold flavors, and engaging entertainment—all while providing attentive service from setup to cleanup.We use fresh, high-quality ingredients and work closely with every client to create an experience tailored to their vision.
